The electronic platform used for submitting and managing translation orders is available at https://i-traduceri.md.
By completing the online form, submitting a request, uploading documents or sending documents to the operator by electronic means, the applicant confirms that he or she has read the Privacy Policy and gives consent to the processing of personal data for providing the requested translation service.
Data are processed for receiving and registering the order, analysing submitted documents, determining the cost and deadline, performing the translation, communicating with the applicant, sending the service result, verifying the document by order code, secure link or QR code and complying with legal obligations.
The processed data may include name and surname, phone number, email address, uploaded documents, information contained in documents, order codes, technical data regarding platform use and any other information voluntarily provided by the applicant.
The applicant agrees that data and documents may be transferred to authorized persons involved in providing the service: operators, translators, collaborators, technical administrators, notaries, IT service providers, couriers or other persons and institutions when necessary to complete the order.
The applicant confirms that the provided data are correct and that he or she has the right to submit the documents for translation or a justified reason to request the service.
Data and documents may be stored for the period necessary to provide the service, verify the order, manage complaints, comply with legal obligations and protect the operator’s rights.
The data subject may request access to data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing or other rights provided by applicable law by sending a request to director@iqvin.md.
Checking the consent box, submitting the form or sending documents to the operator constitutes confirmation of the applicant’s consent to personal data processing under the conditions described above.
