Help for using the platform
This page contains useful information about placing orders, verifying an order code, sending documents and contacting the IQVIN-SERVICE operator.
Order verification
To check the order status, use the code received from the operator or the code displayed in the submitted documents. Enter the code on the main page in the “Verify order” section.
The order code does not work
Check that the full code was entered without extra spaces. If the problem persists, contact the operator and provide the applicant name, phone number and approximate order date.
Uploading documents
If the document does not upload, check your internet connection, file size and document format. If the file is too large or cannot be sent, contact the operator for an alternative submission method.
Translation price and deadline
The price and deadline are set after the document is analysed. To calculate the price, send the document through the Prices page or contact the operator.
Document confidentiality
Submitted documents are used only to provide the requested service. For more details, see the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Processing Agreement.
Contact with the operator
For urgent questions, order issues or clarifications about submitted documents, contact the operator by phone or email.
Recommendations before sending documents
- Make sure the document is clear, complete and readable.
- Enter the correct phone number so the operator can contact you.
- For urgent orders, contact the operator before or immediately after submitting the document.
- Do not send documents that do not belong to you unless you have the right or a justified reason to translate them.
