FAQ

Frequently asked questions about online translations

Here you can find short and clear answers about online orders, prices, electronic signature, notarization, order verification and document protection.

1. Can I order a translation online?

Yes. You can submit the document through the online form on i-traduceri.md. The operator analyses the document and contacts you to confirm the price, deadline and payment details.

2. When is the order considered accepted?

Sending a document for analysis does not mean automatic order acceptance. The order is considered accepted after the price, deadline and payment are confirmed according to the details provided by the operator.

3. How is the translation price determined?

The price is determined individually depending on the translation language, document volume, text complexity, file quality, requested deadline and possible additional services.

4. Are translations electronically signed?

Translations sent through the platform are prepared electronically and may be signed with an electronic signature. If you need a paper document or notarization, confirm this with the operator before payment.

5. Can I use the translation at a notary?

Requirements may differ depending on the notary, institution, locality or country. Before placing the order, check whether the notary or institution accepts the required document format.

6. Should I check whether there is a notary in my city?

Yes, if you need notarization or a paper document. It is recommended to check in advance whether the locality where the document will be used has a notary or institution accepting the required format.

7. How do I check the order status?

The order status can be checked on the main page in the “Verify order” section using the order code received from the operator or the code indicated in the document.

8. What should I do if the order code does not work?

Check that the full code was entered without extra spaces. If the problem persists, contact the operator and provide the applicant name, phone number and approximate order date.

9. What types of documents can I submit?

You can submit personal acts, legal, administrative, commercial, medical, educational and other documents needed for institutions, companies or personal use.

10. Are my documents and data confidential?

Documents are used to provide the requested service. Access is limited to authorized persons involved in order processing, according to the Privacy Policy.
